Over the holiday weekend, we had major blockage in our plumbing that our normal plumber didn't have the expertise/equipment to fix. We needed someone urgently because we were hosting our family's Christmas party in a few days (when we were calling around for quotes, a few plumbing services thought they could take advantage of our situation and stick on a holiday 'overcharge'!). We found Jet4Les by referral, and the plumber came by the very next day, after providing a very reasonable quote for hydrojetting the main line with a camera (through the process, we had learned that hydrojetting is a more effective plumbing method over snaking, especially for our situation where we had to reach further down the pipes to break down and wash out the blockage). He was very friendly and explained that the roots from the tree in our front yard had grown into the pipes, and went on to talk about and additional line we could install on the side of the house for better plumbing access, all without any pressure (we ended up not installing this). After he fixed our blockage issue, he told us that he guarantees his work for one year. Overall, we had a very positive experience and we felt that the plumber was very trustworthy and very knowledgeable, and definitely will be referring his service to friends and family. Thank you!

Gordon is not only a true professional, but he is a genuinely nice human being who cares about your dilemma! I called him late yesterday as our back yard was flooding in these severe rains from strained and partially clogged drains that just couldn't keep us with the volume of water and he agreed to come out the next morning (which was Super Bowl Sunday!) to hydro-jet our sewer lines and drains. His equipment is state of the art and very impressive and his own knowledge base is expansive (he has a plumbing background and now runs 5 trucks specializing in hydro-jetting which I can attest is the ONLY way to truly effectively open up your drains all the way). He spent two full hours in a cold drizzle blowing everything out and making sure everything was running smoothly...and in that process also identified two broken pipes (actually showed us on his camera-amazing!) which will need to be repaired by our landscaper this coming week. In this situation, he could have easily charged us extra given that it was a weekend and a major sporting holiday, but he charged us the same very reasonable fee he did three years ago. Then, as he was finishing, it started to pour and he said, "Ok...you guys text me this afternoon and let me know that no water is backing up." That's what I mean, he really cares about his clients and their dilemmas. Yes, this is our second time using Jet-4-Les and we wouldn't think about using anyone else. Jet4Les is a class-act operation! I couldn't be happier with their service, response time and professionalism. I had a huge problem..NO PLUMBING...Jet4Les got my message, returned the phone call right away and made time in their busy schedule to come jet my plumbing that day! Gordon is a true professional. He didn't try to sell me a bunch of services that weren't necessary and gave me sound advice for our ongoing, 25-year, never-ending root problem. 🙁 I highly recommend Jet4les. I was referred to Gordon at Jet-4-Les by my plumber who was unable to open my sink with a snake. Gordon called me back within an hour, and we arranged a time for him to come by that was convenient for me. He arrived on time, and in less than an hour he had my sink running and was on his way. Hydrojetting is not cheap, but seems to be a much more effective way to clean out your plumbing. I am keeping his number, as I will call him again if I need that service. He does warranty his work for one year.

We were referred to Jet4Les by our trusted and honest plumber, who recommended getting an outdoor drain hydro jetted to clear a clog. Jet4Les came out the next day, right on time, and took time to diagnose and explain the issue. He got to work and was in and out in less than an hour. He cleaned the area well before heading out and you'd never know there was a mess of drain water! Great experience and I'm relieved to have the issue resolved. Bonus points because my kids loved watching the hydro jet through the window!

It is refreshing to experience this type of quality service. All my drains were clogged and the pool was close to overflowing and not draining. The water in the flower beds near the house were full of water and it was running into my heating ducts. My plumber recommended to call Jet4Les which I did at noon today. 2 hrs later Gordon arrived as promised and within 1 hour everything was clear and draining. Gordon was explaining how the system works which I found very interesting and all that in the pouring rain.

The rain was coming down like crazy yesterday and our sewer line got backed up!!  Gordon came to the rescue the next day on time and cleared out the sewer line and, he cleaned up the area!!  He was very kind and a hard worker.  He made me smile when I was having a bad day.  Gordon guarantees his work for a year and charges a fair price too.  I wish I knew of his services years ago.  Would have saved us money and aggravation.

I can not recommend Gordon and Jet4Les enough! He is honest and very knowledgeable! Not trying to sell us something that we don't need, like other plumbing companies! We had roots in our drainage lines to the street and he knew exactly what to do and had all the equipment to do the job correctly. Gordon is one of the nicest people I've ever met in the service industry. He's honest and always goes the extra mile and guarantees his work. My sewer line backed up and he was here within 45 minutes! Thank you, Gordon.

Had Gordon come out on Super Bowl Sunday for emergency with back up plumbing. Gordon was great did job quick gave a good view of what was going on piping under the house with the camera an considering the day it was not expensive. Real happy with the work thank you jet 4 les.

My neighbor recommended these guys to me and they were awesome. I had multiple plumbers out that were not able to figure out my problem with my storm drains and I had water coming out a pipe in my planter and flooding my garage. They were able to figure out the issue and solve my problem. There was like 20 feet of roots in my pipe and these guys cleaned it out without issue and without any chemicals. Very professional and thorough and would highly recommend.
